“Yemeni British forum for peace and democracy” is a platform for Yemenis and British who share the noble aim of seeing peace prevails in Yemen.

Peace based on true justice, equality and human rights for all Yemenis.

Sustainable peace built on true democratic values and respect. Time to end sufferings of Yemeni people.

British government can influence peace and create momentum towards achieving it.

YBFPD aims to engage with British politicians and foreign policy decision makers to help make peace in Yemen.

 

 

Aim:

We are planning to play a part in creating a sustainable peace process in Yemen.

 How can we do it?

We meet and share ideas on how to achieve the above through:

-Work with British political parties.

– Work with activists and human right organizations.

– Work with research institutes, universities and policy makers.

– Hold debates and conferences to bring all ideas together that would help unify Yemeni factions and may bring them together.

 

Our vision is a future where dialogue and cooperation transcend borders, where differences are bridges rather than barriers, and where democratic principles underpin every facet of society. Our vision is of a world where governments are accountable to their citizens, upholding the principles of transparency, accountability, and human rights.

 

Our mission is to resolve conflicts through open conversation and understanding, rather than violence. We see a future where every individual’s voice is heard and valued, regardless of their background or identity.
